Current ACD Trade Rewards member?
If you're already a rewards member, your points aren't going anywhere. Your existing points will come with you to the new HVACR Rewards platform. So that you can continue earning and redeeming rewards without missing a beat.
Watch out for your activation email in the inbox linked to your account. Once activated, you'll be able to access your profile, view your points balance, and explore the new portal.
If your email is linked to ACD Trade Rewards and Complete Air Supply Rewards, your HVACR Rewards account combines them. You'll see which points have been earned through each brand, for complete visibility. Now you'll be able to access and redeem your reward points all in one place!

We're giving current members accelerated points! Eligible members who activate their account between 1 July and 31 July 2026 will go into the draw. There are two major prizes up for grabs:
- 2 x 200,000 accelerated points
