A significant number of A|R Rewards members may be at risk of losing value, with 175,000 points across the program set to expire on 30 April 2026. These points were earned between 1 July 2024 and 30 June 2025, and once they expire, there will be no extensions granted.

The A|R Rewards team is encouraging all members to check their balance now and redeem any points due to expire. Many customers may only have a portion of their points affected—recently earned points will not expire.

Log In and Check Your Account

Take a moment to log in and review your points balance. When you open your dashboard, look for points marked 30/4/2026. These are the points that will expire and cannot be extended.

Even if you have a mix of old and new points, checking now ensures you don’t lose your points.

Spend Your Expiring Points — Or Top Up If Needed

Your expiring points are yours to enjoy, but only if you redeem them in time. Whether you choose something small or aim for something bigger, now’s the time to use them before they’re removed.

Keep Earning Throughout the Year

Not all of your points will expire.

Any points you’ve earned after 30 June 2025 remain active, and you’ll continue accumulating new points throughout the current financial year—provided you’ve met the $20K qualifying spend and remain within your trade account terms.

So while some earlier points are expiring, your newer points are safe and continue to build your rewards balance.

No Extensions — Use Your Points Before They Expire

This expiry cycle is fixed, and no extensions or reinstatements will be available after 30 April 2026.
